Designed for independent schools, this guided cohort supports educators and administrators at all stages of their work. It combines structured guidance with individualized support to help participants develop and implement action-oriented strategies that strengthen teaching, leadership, and school culture. Through collaboration and practical application, members build the capacity to create meaningful, lasting change within their communities.

Foundational Understanding
This class builds a foundational understanding of race as a social construction and racism as a structural feature of society, while helping participants connect their lived experiences to broader social forces and take meaningful steps toward antiracist practice in their personal and professional lives.

The DTW Onboarding Experience
Shared Foundation for New Faculty/Staff
This class is an onboarding version of The DTW Class, offered to new faculty and staff over the course of their first year or as a week-long intensive. It engages participants in a shared, high-impact learning experience that fosters trust, mutual support, and a strong sense of connection to one another and the broader school community.
